All Programming Services purchased at our store are Intended Strictly for Private, Non-Commercial Viewing in only the USA at the address provided to us at commencement of this agreement. You agree that no Services provided to you may be used for public or commercial viewing or used outside the U.S. and or its possessions address on record with us. In the event that you use our services in violation of this (1) we may disconnect your Services without notice at any time; and (2) in addition to all other applicable prices, fees and charges, you agree to pay us the difference between the price actually paid for the Services and the full applicable price that Rainier charges for public or commercial viewing of the Services. (International distribution is not available at this time)

Subscriber shall not be permitted, and shall take all necessary, appropriate, and reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorized or unlawful use, reproduction, exhibition, or distribution of any Program, and part of the Service, or the Trademarks.

As the purchaser of Rainier subscription services you are required to keep your receiving equipment (satellite dish, receiver, lnb, positioner, etc) operating and aligned properly to receive Rainier's signals. Rainier Satellite is not responsible for outages due to improper setup of receiving equipment, dish tuning, weather conditions, manmade interference, 5G or WI MAX interference, and or other acts of God that may prevent reception of Rainier's satellite signals. There is no credit given for any downtime of your system.

If payment is received prior to 15th of current month you will be placed in the queue for the next months authorization. If ordered between the 16th of current month and 15th of following month you will be placed in the queue for the following months authorization.

Subscription Renewal. (Pay on time to avoid late fees)

Please renew your subscription in a timely manner. To continue your subscription for the following year, subscriber agrees to renew their service before 45 days of their termination date or they will be disconnected as their year term expires. If not paid within 45 days of termination, a reconnect fee of $35.00, plus cost of service package will be charged to reconnect. Once paid you will be placed in the queue for the next authorization period before services will authorize.

Rainier Satellite only offers annual (yearly) subscriptions.

Subscriptions require a Cisco D9865 receiver purchased from Rainier Satellite or authorized dealer.
We cannot authorize 3rd party vendor, ebay sold etc or black listed receivers.
